I am Kevin Brouillaud, entrepreneur at heart and self-made designer & web developper based in Paris, France. Creation lover, I studied Fashion & Luxury Management before getting graduated in Digital Project Management.
I developped these last few years skills in product design, programming, marketing and communication in order to create user-frienly products and memorable experiences.
Given my entrepreneurial and curious nature, I am constantly developing both existing and new skills, currently in Product Design, 3D and Web 3.
We can't design experience, but I can design an interface for it. Good UI includes many elements in order to make the product attractive, simple and clean and deliver the right message.
UI is only a part of UX, the surface of it. UX also includes all hidden process used to make the product appealing, engaging and easy to use.
More than analyzing, coding or designing, what I do is building products. It is about understanding both business and users needs in order to build a meaningfull product to them.
A great app doesn't start with a good idea. It starts with a good problem. Analyzing and understanding your audience needs is the key to build solving-problem products.
Visual communication is more than just design. It also includes marketing and communication skills in order to deliver the right message, the right way with the right visual.
Product Design process starts with some research. The aim is to gather and organize information in order to have a better understanding of our users' goals, needs and frustrations.
Deliverable: Surveys, Competitive Analysis, Benchmarks, MVP Roadmap, Personas, ...
After we understand our users' problems we are trying to solve, we must clearly define and priotize them in order to identify an optimal solution.
Deliverable: Customer Journey Maps, Sitemaps, User scenarios, Wireframes, ...
It's now ideation time to figure out how we plan to solve our users’ problems with the team through collaborative & creative exercices and running design sprints.
Deliverable: Workshops (brainstorming, crazy 8s, card sorting), User Flows, Low-Fi Prototypes, Visual Mockups ...
Once we validated our ideas, our solution begins to take shape. We shall therefore get them to life by transforming everything we did so far into a tangible and user-centered product. Our design gets refined throughout each step and every component is evaluated. Over time, wireframes make way to mid or high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
Deliverable: Hi-Fi Wireframes, Interfactive Prototypes, Mockups, Mood Boards, ...
Testing concepts and prototypes is key in this iterative step in order to gather precious user feedbacks, identify potential flaws, refine concept if needed so that we can build a better product before launch and over time.
Deliverable: Usability Testing, A/B Testing, User interviews, Visual specs, ...
